Because the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing, some individuals might need to abide by quarantine restrictions.

Vaccination and COVID-19 Exposure

Individuals who have received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines doses, including boosters when eligible, or who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 90 days, are not required to quarantine if exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 but will be asked to isolate only if they are symptomatic and ill.

Quarantine and COVID-19 Testing

Students who are required to quarantine will be tested at least 5 days after their exposure and will need to test negative for COVID-19 before being released from quarantine. Students are required to wear a well-fitting mask around others for 10 days from the date of the last close contact with someone with COVID-19.

Those who test positive for COVID-19 will be required to move into isolation. For more information, please contact Health Services by phone at516.877.6003or by email athealthandwellness@adelphi.edu.
