Open Swim
During open swim times, lanes are designated for lap swimming and access to the pool is through the recreation locker rooms in the lower level of the Center for Recreation and Sports.
Learn to Swim: Adult Non-Credit Swim Instruction
The Learn to Swim program will begin after Spring Break, if you are interested in joining this program please email Campus Recreation atcampusrec@adelphi.edu
