Reason for Policy
A university employee may move from one job to another through promotion (temporary or indefinite), transfer (temporary, indefinite, lateral, or voluntary), reassignment, detail, or demotion.

Approval from the Position Review committee must be obtained prior to changing an employee’s classification to full-time, part-time or hourly.

Procedures
如要更改员工的分类,必须向人力资源办公室提交工资事务表。更改雇员分类(兼职转为全职;小时制转为兼职,全职转为兼职,等等)必须经职位评审委员会批准。从学生级别到小时级别或任何其他级别的更改需要事先获得人力资源办公室的批准。
