Our Strategic Plan: Momentum
The Momentum plan is a natural extension of the Adelphi Advantage: our way of identifying what’s good in our students and making it greater. We designed this strategy to do the same with our institution: asking more of ourselves and setting targets to take what’s exceptional about Adelphi and make it truly extraordinary.
Message from the President
Dear Adelphi,
At Adelphi, we are deeply committed to advancing change for the greater good. I’m proud to highlight our innovative community members who are exploring new approaches to sustainability, stewardship and mentoring for student and faculty success.
Aaren Freeman, PhD, who teaches environmental sustainability to our biology students, also conductsimportant work outside the classroomthat restores and preserves our local environment. On our campus, Adelphi’s nationally acclaimed studentMentoring Programcontinues to thrive; its founding director shares details of our winning model this month. And our newFaculty Mentoring Academyis one way we’ve enhanced support for our colleagues. Finally, I’m pleased to recognize theadvisory boardof one of our schools and its direct impact on student success.
